The process begins with Direct to Film, a complex but precise technology. A PET film is used, onto which an inkjet printer applies CMYKW ink, creating an ideal transfer base. Next — powder glue, TPU powder, hot glue, drying oven and thermal press. Everything is temperature-controlled, with color calibration, fine-tuning of RIP software, and DPI calculation. Every stage is important, from ink application to vinyl heat transfer and UV light curing. It’s not just printing—it’s the alchemy of modern manufacturing.
